Shipping policy

At Gold Marine Solutions we dispatch genuine and aftermarket marine parts Australia-wide.

Dispatch times: Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times: Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days within Australia depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Local pickup & mobile fitting: We're a fully mobile marine service across the Gold Coast and SEQ. Local pickup and on-site fitting can be arranged — contact us before ordering and we'll sort it out.

Urgent orders: If you need a part fast, call or text Geordie on 0436 965 243 and we'll do our best to get it moving.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier and timeframes are outside our control, but we'll always help you track and resolve any issues. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at geordie@goldmarinesolutions.com and we'll make it right.
